Now that the cat's out of the bag, we thought this might be the perfect time to explore some of the finer points of Target Toss Pro: Lawn Darts.
For those of you who might have missed the formal announcement, Lawn Darts will be following in the footsteps of Bags and be making the transition over to the Wii!
You can expect a very similar game you've played at your favorite watering hole except for, of course, the fact that you'll be using the Wii Remote versus the trackball. On top of that, here are some of the other features you can expect to see once Lawn Darts hits.
On top of that, here are some of the other features you can expect to see once Lawn Darts hits.
Online Leaderboards: TTP: Bags didn't have this feature, but Lawn Darts will come with online leaderboards. This means you'll be able to test your skills against your brother OR the top tossers from coast to coast!
Four Game Modes You've Grown to Love: Classic Lawn Darts, Poker Darts, 501, and Cricket are all make the transition from coin-op to WiiWare! But that's not all!
301, 701, 901: While 501 was the only option available on the coin-op version, players will now have the option to count back much higher or considerably lower if the please.
Up to 16 Players Can Play: Target Toss Pro: Lawn Darts gets the whole party involved. Play solo and go for a high score or get the whole group involved in 16-man bracket tournaments!
Tight Controls: While playing bags is fun regardless of the outlet, the thing that really made Target Toss Pro: Bags a hit was how it felt while you played. You can expect the same tight and accurate controls this time around, only this time you'll be throwing darts versus bags!
