While hitting a Royal Flush in Poker Darts is a story in itself, it's not "the" story in this particular instance of Lawn Darts excellence.
Illinois native David Hunt recently hit a royal flush playing Poker Darts in Target Toss Pro. When he submitted his photo and location to IT one very large and unusual detail stuck out. While
Although the camera phone era has made the submitted photos somewhat dicey in the past, David's was perfect. In fact, it was almost too perfect, which is where his submission separated itself. The reason? David hit his royal flush in the comfort of his own basement.
While many of us take in the occasional game of Xbox, Wii, or PS3 at our home, Illinois native David Hunt has a setup many can only dream of. He and his wife are the proud owners of their very own Target Toss Pro arcade game.
"My lovely wife bought the game for me about a year ago for my birthday and the Lawn Darts upgrade came shortly thereafter," said David. It has been a perfect addition to my game room."
This is a game room in every sense of the word. Outside of having Target Toss Pro, David has a pool table (the sticks of which you can see in his photo) and two pinball machines, making him the owner of possibly the best man cave in the Midwest. And now, David is not only enjoying one of the best TTP setups, he's also getting pretty good. While he says Cricket and 501 are his favorite games to play, it was Poker Darts that got him through the Top Tosser doors. With this accomplishment, David is the 5th person to join the Royal Flush Club!
Expect David to make a run at these games and others now that he's got the first one out of the way. With a setup like he has, it'd almost be a crime not to try!
If you nail any of the Top Tosser achievements, submit a photo of yourself in front of the game as well as your name and the location you played at to TTP@itsgames.com. You will be added to the Top Tosser section on Targettosspro.com and get your own feature article on the web!
Congrats to David (on his game and the setup) and we hope to hear from all of you!
