The fourth of July. A time for roman candles, bottle rockets, sparklers, and loads of semi-dangerous but very exciting outdoor fun.
Along with the fireworks, many will look for ways to enjoy themselves without having to worry about an emergency room run on the third of the fourth of July. Here is where Bags and Lawn Darts (the street legal and safe versions of course) come into play. We at IT don't just support out Target Toss Pro games, but also the games themselves outside of the game. Make sense?
Both bags and lawn darts go beyond simply being a part of TTP. They are a symbol of backyard fun and two of the ultimate social/competitive games that can be played with a tiny bit of space and some family and friends. And while it may be tough to get your hands on the banned, antique set of Lawn Darts, there are plenty of non-metal sets that are available at stores right now. Even though Jack "Shooter" Thompson would certainly never approve of such activities, for this weekend by all means knock yourself out - not literally of course.
Bags on the other hand are everywhere - people buy boards, make their own, even throw the logo of their favorite sports team on the front. If you're at a BBQ, there's a high probability that bags (or Cornhole depending on your location) is being played.
The popularity and enjoyment these game bring are what lead to the Target Toss Pro series. So even if you can't make it to your local bar for TTP, and you don't feel staying inside to throw some bags on the Wii, celebrate the fourth by playing actual bags or lawn darts with your 4th of July group. Kick back, relax, and enjoy yourselves. Happy tossing and happy 4th everyone!
