Poker Darts

How To Play
Just like actual poker, the strategy in Poker Darts is to get the best possible five-card hand. The only kicker in TTP: Poker Darts, however, is there are three separate five-card hands and players are awarded points based on the strength of these hands.

Poker Darts consists of three individual hands of play, all of which contribute to a player's total overall score. Players will each throw a total of fifteen darts in a game, making the best five-card hand per round. As players progress through individual rounds (hands), points awarded for these hands will double in the second round and triple in the third. The placement of the cards will also get more challenging, however, and the cards will spread slightly further from one another from round to round. This means hitting a Royal Flush in hand one will be more manageable than getting one in hand three.

Scoreboard/Current Hand
The scoreboard displays the current score, hand, and remaining darts per player. When a player is up, their remaining darts will light up to represent how many tosses that player has left.

On the left side of the screen there is also an area displaying everyone's current hand. Find out what you already have or what your opponents need. Shoot accurately and plan accordingly!

Wind
The wind indicator shows the strength and direction of the wind. Hand three will have a more challenging wind, as it increases from hand to hand! Players can battle the wind by spinning the trackball forward left or forward right while throwing a dart, or by adjusting their aim using the trackball prior to their toss.

Shot Angle
The shot angle indicates what angle a lawn dart will fly at. High shots fly further and higher and will be impacted more by the wind. A lower angled shot will not travel as far but will stay low and fly through stronger winds.

Environments
There are three different virtual environments in which games randomly take place: the backwoods at beautiful Camp Blackfoot, the bright and busy Morgan County Fair, and the sandy, sunny Hanamalu Bay.
