Target Toss Pro: Bags :: Overview
Target Toss Pro: Bags

"Bags", or "Cornhole" as many refer to it in certain areas of the country, originated in the Midwest in the 1980's, and has since become THE social game from coast-to-coast. Deceptively simple, yet extremely competitive, Bags is an easy game to learn but a tough one to master.

Players toss beanbags at slightly raised platform boards or "boxes" in hopes of getting it on the board, or better yet in the hole positioned in the center back portion of the board. Whether at a tailgate party or a summer barbeque, the game has become a social focal point and the unmistakable "thud" of bags hitting the box is now a universal party soundtrack.

In 2007, Bags went from the outdoors, indoors, in the form of Incredible Technologies Target Toss Pro: Bags. No beanbags, boxes, or adequate weather required - Target Toss Pro: Bags gave players the ability to play their favorite game on the renown trackball.

Target Toss Pro: Bags was a fresh twist on the game, featuring a new scoring strategy that further rewards players for making a "swish" instead of a standard "hole shot". Adding to this, players had the power to set up their own four, eight, and sixteen-player tournaments! The ultimate social game became the ultimate virtual social game.

The initial tossing-style game is still an integral piece of the Target Toss Series. In 2009, Bags teamed up with another famous backyard game, Lawn Darts, in Target Toss Pro: Lawn Darts.

The two games are currently both available in the latest installment of Target Toss Pro.
